They were so friendly and accommodating and I love the rooftop with skyline views of Minneapolis. Super pet friendly with dog treats on the desk for all furry friends. I recently moved to Minneapolis and am looking forward to exploring the North Loop. There is a bike path right out the front door and covered bike storage in the garage. The apartment I moved into has a beautiful view, was pristine on moved in, and Mike, Abby, and Austin have been extremely helpful so far. I am looking forward to staying here!

I just moved in and am completely blown away by how amazing the Dock Street Flats team is! Mike provided me with customer service that is unheard of in the housing industry today. From the moment I set up my tour to move in day, the experience was nothing short of amazing. The apartment building and my unit are stunning, everything is very well maintained! Dog friendly is a huge plus and such a great location. Couldn’t be happier with my choice and excited for the memories that will be made in my new home.

Highly recommend dock street flats. They have the best location in the north loop. The apartments are luxurious with modern finishes and open concept. The closet and storage space is bigger than any apartment I’ve toured. Mike and Abby were great to work with!

The management has been very informative and helpful, providing clear answers to all of my questions. The team has gone out of their way to make sure I am welcome. They have provided me with all the details that I need about the safe and vibrant community. In addition to the management, the facility provides top tier amenities and modern furnishings. The community members are also all very kind and contribute to a positive start to my day! 10/10 would recommend making this place your next home :)
